With a focus on the acceleration of infrastructure development in Africa,
in wake of the enhanced economic cooperation between India and Africa, O.I.A established its first wholly owned subsidiary, O.I.A. Infrastructure Developers P.L.C. (O.I.D), in Addis Ababa, The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The objective of the Company is to offer e-Governance services beyond mere computerisation of standalone back office operations to primarily reinvent the very fashion in which Governments operate.
Sapience furnishes e-Governance solutions encompassing, digitalisation services,  creating  national   ID cards,   ICT   training   for   Government employees and citizens, Government payroll and Human Resources systems, electronic voting and tele-centric service delivery centres.
